Great job! Had I not tried them out, my Samsung dryer will not be fixed. I called several others who either do not deal with Samsung or refused to deal with it. The tech I got from Appliance Repair Eastman was great with Samsung. He fixed it fast without compromising the quality. A+ job, which I will recommend to all.
Awful experience. Set up an appointment no show. Call the number I orginally called and someone didnt put my information in the system. Wont correct the situation. Bad customer service.
The guy that answered the phone was rude, address says the location is in Eastman, but apparently they don’t service Eastman anymore.
I am 8 minutes from the actual business and they won't service my house ! THEY actually HUNG UP on me I wouldn't hire these people if they were the last ones on Earth as of this moment!!!!
Called and they hang up at any questions.
