I took my KitchenAid stand mixer in because it just wasn't mixing well and sounded weird. Dropped the mixer off on Thursday afternoon, Dean texted me the price to repair on Sat a.m., and I was able to pick the mixer up at noon that day. Great service! I came home, made a batch of cookies and can honestly say the mixer works better than brand new out of the box! Definitely recommend Appliance Repair Express.

KitchenAid’s customer service recommended this repair shop for my family's broken stand mixer. I called the day before and was kindly informed about their walk-in, first-come, first-served policy. We drove an hour from San Francisco, and Dean was nice enough to repair the mixer on the spot so we wouldn’t have to make another trip to pick it up. The cost was a $20 diagnostic fee + $105.15 for the repair, which beat mailing it back to KitchenAid. The service was excellent, and as a bonus, we were greeted by an adorable golden retriever!

I tried to repair my Delonghi Magnifica myself but only seemed to make it worse. Brought it in and they repaired it in a week. It cost more than I was expecting but I looked up the cost of the Grinder and the service was actually very reasonable and worth it. Coffee machine is making the best coffee in years!
