Process: 1) I called on a Sunday and said I needed a new valve for my range.  provided the Model and Serial number 2) The move my appointment from 9 am to 530 pm, and a guy comes out looks at it for ~4 mins and confirmed I need a new valve.  Gave him the service fee as I had agreed to do 3) 4 days go by, I called twice for an update.  Once on Tuesday asking for the status of the valve part, and they said they haven't been able to get ahold of the technician because he had too many jobs.  Second time I called they said he's been sick all week lol. 4) I called again on Friday, and mind you my only stove hasnt been working for close to a week now and they said that the part is unavailable.  Then I asked if it would be available in the future and someone else comes in the phone and says that t
