Appliance Repair & Maintenance

Please patrons, at all cost avoid using this company to repair your appliances!!!! On Friday 11-19-2021 I contacted this company to schedule a technician to come out to repair my dryer, and the customer care person I spoke to didn't speak English real well, which isn't an issue, however he asked me more than once to repeat the model number, and I used the phonetic alphabet to relay the information, so I assumed that he got it, and he scheduled someone to come out the next day. The next day on Saturday the technician came out like planned, and briefly looked at my dryer. He then said that he had the wrong model# and part with him. He then told me that he couldn't order the part until Monday since it was the weekend, and wouldn't be able to come back out until Wednesday. He also told me that

I called Richard in desperation at about 6:30 pm on a Thursday night because our refrigerator stopped cooling and our food was starting to spoil. He answered his phone and said he could be here in an hour. He arrived and took a look at our refrigerator, assessed the problem and said he would have to pick up a part and would be back in the morning to fix it. Next morning he arrived with the part and was able to fix the refrigerator. The best part about Richard was that I found him to be a hard working man who really loves his family. After 5 calls, txts and four promises to come and fix our Thermador Dishwasher we are still waiting. Don't waste your time call Thermador direct. Their service was superb.

Love this guy. He offered to FaceTime me to walk me through the issue I was having with my dishwasher. Ended up fixing it with him on the line in like 10 minutes. Awesome!

Refered by Thermador. Can't get a response to numerous phone calls or emails. This is the only company Thermador recommend for warranty service in my area. Help!
