Our washer and dryer went out with in 2 weeks of each other and Igor showed up and had them fixed up better than they were before they broke. He works really fast and shows up quickly, glad I found this company!

We were very happy with the technician Andrew who provided us with great service. The Viking double oven replacement parts were very expensive but the service/ repair charges were reasonable considering he had to come three times to fix the damage caused by the area wide power outage. During the process he communicated with the Viking service staff to make sure the parts were available and expedited the shipment process to ensure the repairs were completed in a timely manner.

Andrew from Appliance Repair USA was great! He arrived early, was very courteous, and fixed our dryer quickly and efficiently. Excellent service from start to finish. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Andrew took a look at our dryer for servicing. He said everything looked good with no lint build-up. He also looked at the washer that periodically makes a screaching noise. He recommended a part to see if that helped. It did not. So he took the part off and told me what the problem is. He said it's better to buy a new washer than spend the money for this other part that is apparently the issue. I was only charged the service fee to come out, even tho he took his time to install a part and then uninstall it. Very honest which I am grateful for!

First time using them to fix our washing machine. The booking online was easy and quick. I was able to get someone to come fix our washing machine the next day. They sent me a text giving me a 20-30 minutes warning of his arrival. He had the part that needed to be fixed and it’s good as new! We will definitely contact them again for future services!
