Having used Appliance Specalty in the past we called about out Samsung washing machine. During our call they suggested we unplug the machine wait 5 minutes and plug it in again. As a ‘reboot’. We did that and the machine is working fine. When we told them it was working, they were happier than us with the results. We recommend this company to anyone as they care about their customers and don’t reach for a fast buck. Only appliance repair company we use!

A true hidden gem in the Pinellas family owned business arena. We have used Appliance Specialty Inc. twice now for washer and now dryer repairs, and both times the experience has been top notch. The receptionist was both knowledgeable and helpful, and gave us prompt updates when our technician was delayed. Our technician, David, is personable, knowledgeable and helpful above and beyond our service request. A question / minor issue about our washer was resolved, and we received several good tips on maintaining things ourselves. Overall I highly recommend Appliance Specialty for your appliance repair needs.

Had to replace refrigerator/freezer door gaskets. Famous Tate referred us to Appliance Specialty. So glad we used them. Branden took care of our need. He was very knowledgeable with questions we had and was very pleasant to talk to. Job well done and the price very reasonable.

The excellent service started when I called and spoke with Teresa after I was led on and lied to from another service company regarding a repair. Teresa listened and walked me off the ledge of anxiety. Within 2 days of my call for service David came to my home and evaluated the situation and stated my refrigerator can be fixed. Within 4 days David returned to replace a compressor. It was worth every dollar spent. David was extremely honest, professional, efficient and friendly. Contacted them to repair my frig that wasn't cooling. They were booked a few days out but said they would try to fit me in the same day. Received a call back an hour later and they had an opening same day. The tech Brendan arrived in 2 hours, had it diagnosed and resolved in about 15 minutes. We only paid for a diagnosis and all was good! He was very personable and very competent. Excellent company and service.
