Appliance Wizard

The appliance wizard staff is top notch. They sent a technician out very quickly to repair our stove. The technician was on time for the appointment and very professional. He very quickly diagnosed the problem with our stove and surprisingly… He actually had the part and was able to fix it at the same time. He diagnosed the problem. He answered all my questions and repaired our stove in less than an hour. I simply cannot say enough, how handy it is to be able to call real people and get real results. Thank you very much Appliance Wizard, you came through for us again!

Other than the fact that the Marion location did not have the refrigerator in stock that the Carbondale Rep had told me was available, my experience was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The delivery went smoothly this morning. I am pleased with my new refrigerator.

Very personable crew. Gave a convenient 30 minute notice as they said they would. Worked quick, even in the small laundry room. They didn’t bump anything, and ensured our dryer worked before leaving.

I wish I’d called this place sooner. I spoke with Carl and he set me up with a reasonably priced portable dishwasher, as well asdelivery and pick up of our old dishwasher. We have nice appliance stores in Mount Vernon, but not many places keep the portable ones in stock. This sounds corny, but I enjoyed the automated receipts via text, the extra-polite texts, and being told several times that if I had any issues with it within the warranty period, they would come and help me. Super happy with this place.

We noticed our fridge was not on Friday afternoon. We placed a call for them to look at and around an hour later the emergency repair man was at our door. He had to defrost our fridge and ok was able to pin point what was wrong and order the parts. When they placed the part order they called and asked to schedule the repair. They said between 9 to noon. At 9:00 ish he repair guy was here. He replaced the parts needed and told me when the fridge and freezer would be to the safe temperature range to put food in.
