Baker & Son's Plumbing

We ordered the 4’ x 6’ FamilySAFE Shelter from Baker and Sons Plumbing in Marion Illinois. Hunter came out initially and measured and verified the site installation and we placed our order with Melissa. We’re told this was the first install of this season. Hunter and Robyn were on time and completed the delivery and installation in less than two hours and did a wonderful job. The addition of an LED light inside was a nice surprise. Hopefully we never need to use the shelter but now we know we have a safe place for our family and pets if needed. I highly recommend this team.

We purchased our 4x8 FamilySafe storm shelter from Baker & Sons. The entire process was such a breeze and made me wish we had purchased sooner. Melissa was very prompt, personable, and answered any and all questions we had which made the process so simple! Hunter and Patrick were very knowledgeable and great to deal with upon delivery. Our experience with Baker and Sons was a positive one. Brian and Bronson were pleasant to work with - very polite, thorough in their explanation of the work done, cleaned up after themselves. Our children were comfortable around them, and even our dogs, who tend to be timid and barky around strangers, were peaceful and slept a majority of the time. All of the work done looks and functions wonderfully.

We recently had some work done in our main bathroom by Baker & Sons Plumbing. JP came to assess our issues and was very thorough in his evaluation. He explained the pricing in detail to replace both faucets, the plumbing under the sinks, our shower fixtures, and repair our leaky toilet. He was very professional and walked through all options throughly. He was able to get things scheduled to be fixed very quickly with Brian and Bronson to complete the work. They arrived on time, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up everything when they were finished (and it only took one day!) We have an older home and I know that it was not all easy, but they were able to complete everything and it all looks fantastic!
