Barb helped me think through my project in the store. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable. Everyone I encountered during this project did their job well, with a smile, and with steadiness. Brian who actually installed the tile (and his assistant who joined in a few days) were meticulous, respectful, professional. And our flooring looks fabulous!

We could not be happier with our new kitchen floor! It is truly a work of art. The installer(dare I say "artist") Brian was a true Master Craftsman! His attention to detail, professionalism, kindness and respect for our home was outstanding. The level of artistry involved in our custom floor was above and beyond anything we could have imagined.
