I sent the photo of the model and serial number and said which parts needed to be ordered to fix the latch that was broken on my washing machine. I scheduled an appointment, and the tech came out promptly. He was in and out in about 20 minutes, I was very impressed. Pro tip: If you have a front loader washer, don't slam the door closed. Gently close it. He said this time it'll make the latch last longer. It did hold up for 7 years.

Paid $109. To have my basketball court hit because he pulled in the driveway and for him to tell us that the dishwasher that is 1 year old needs to be replaced. Turned the dishwasher over on the floor and only put the towel in the edge of the dishwasher while the rest sat in the wood floor. Update- I was pressured to remove my review because he refunded me the $109. He then told me it’s illegal to upload pictures of the technician in my house. Such a bad experience.
