We were beyond impressed with the service from Manuel and Darwin. From the time we called until the time our washing machine was fixed was 1 hour. I’m sure they were near by our neighborhood but it still that was amazing. They are very efficient with their time. I would highly recommend them for any of your appliance needs. Rafael was absolutely outstanding. We called today and he showed up the very same day. He was running a little behind at another job, but he stayed in constant communication and arrived exactly when he said he would. That kind of professionalism goes a long way. He took his time thoroughly cleaning out our washing machine and made sure everything was done correctly. There was no rushing, no cutting corners, just quality work done right. Our dishwasher stopped working on Thanksgiving Day! Appliances USA Pro had a very user friendly online booking tool and we were able to schedule someone to come out the very next day. Gabriel was the assigned technician and he arrived in the promised window. He was very professional and courteous. He explained step by step and answered all of our questions. He didn’t leave a mess and was very respectful in our home. He also seemed very knowledgeable on the specific machine we had, a Whirlpool dishwasher. I highly recommend Appliances USA Pro! If any other appliance issues arise in my home I will be sure to reach out to them!!
