Michael 2 and Cody knocked out my encapsulation in just a couple days and the finished job looks great. They removed my floor joist insulation as well and spotlessly cleaned everything up afterward. Michael 1 (the owner) offered a competitive quote for my crawlspace before the work began, and was super easy to get ahold of on the phone when I had questions during the process. I would recommend APS to anyone wanting their crawlspace encapsulated.

Michael and his team did an excellent job waterproofing my mom’s basement which has flooded for 50 years during heavy rains. He and his team were polite, professional and showed up on time. Michael did a thorough job with the estimate including a schematic of where the drains would be put and flow to the crawlspace pumps. We’ve had no water problems since the work has been completed. I would highly recommend APS Waterproofing for anyone looking to solve water issues.

Our crawl was transformed from moist/drafty/humid/moldy/with ripped with and abused vapor barrier to clean crisp and controlled in 2days! A space that used to haunt my families respiratory system is now clean and safe enough to travel down in socks to have a friendly peek. Which is what I did when I took these photos! We have noticed a night and day difference in our living quarters on our 1 story ranch on a crawlspace. I couldn’t recommend this enough for anyone with a musty smell. The lingering stank came upstairs with a vengeance during the full removal of the old barrier then gradually disappeared during the encapsulation process. HAS NOT RETURNED. WOOHOO! APS put a foundation drain in our basement. Their pricing was far more competitive than other companies I received quotes from. Michael did a great job explaining what was needed for our specific basement issues and why. They were able to compete the full job in about 3 days. They were all very friendly and kept the work space very clean. Our basement has been totally dry since completing work. This has given us great peace of mind considering we were experiencing water intrusion during most storms. Highly recommend this company!
