Adam was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He walked me through every step, explained the mitigation and reconstruction clearly, and always made sure I understood what was happening with my claim. His communication was consistently prompt, and whenever an issue came up, he addressed it immediately. Professional team, high quality work, and reasonable price. After having a water leak Sunday evening, I called a dozen companies without success. With True Resolve, the owner, Adam, picked up himself, educated me on my situation, and said he could be there first thing in the morning. Adam and his assistant, Terry, showed up on time, at the specified time, not within a two-hour time range like most companies. After an assessment, they provided a quote and timeline, and got to work immediately. He worked with my insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be done was covered and done correctly. Adam and his team at True Resolve Restoration were a lifesaver. I first called a plumber who couldn’t figure out where the leak was coming from, so I reached out to Adam. He showed up late on a Friday evening, did some troubleshooting, and even came back over the weekend to find the source of the leak and start drying out our home from the water damage caused by a burst pipe. They really knew what they were doing and didn’t give up until the problem was solved. Adam also helped me navigate the insurance process and made everything a lot less stressful. We are still in the process of getting everything back to normal, but Adam and his team have made an overwhelming situation so much better. We were out of town when a pipe burst and made 1/3 of our home unlivable. From the first phone call he clearly outlined what the steps were going to be and from then he has been punctual, diligent, and detail oriented with the physical work as well as navigating the insurance company.
