Our home sprung a water leak from a supply line leading up into the upstairs bathroom. This leak damaged the wall and carpet in the family room and the ceiling tiles in our basement gym room. I did research online and found CAT Recovery and all 69 of their reviews were 5 ⭐️, so I contacted them. Roddy showed up, very pleasant and professional. His estimate for the rebuild was received very immediately by my insurance company….so that said to me that CAT Recovery was to be trusted. The work that was done by the contractor was impeccable and I am very happy with the work. I highly recommend CAT RECOVERY for any work needed on your home. I definitely give them 5⭐️!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience with CAT Recovery Services. I reached out to them after my washer machine malfunctioned and flooded all 3 levels of my home. Mark came out, accessed the situation and immediately had a crew working tirelessly to remove all the damage and brought in equipment to ensure all moisture was removed, preventing any further issues. The team did any excellent job securing a storage unit, packing and moving our belongings. If you need emergency water flood help, do not waste time or energy on anyone but this company CAT Recovery Services. In my time of crisis i called Serv Pro and that was a big MISTAKE! They didn’t use common sense but instead wanted to robotically follow some rule book. I ended up firing them and by some miracle found CAT Recovery Services. They answered my call and immediately helped me and guided me and immediately showed up on the scene. They brought in qualified team fast with excellent equipment and throughout that initial remediation week they showed up on time amd went above and beyond numerous times. They also worked well with my insurance company. It was all seamless to me.

CAT came to us as soon as we called and began their work immediately. They worked with our insurance, supplying pictures and information the insurance company needed. All the work they did was perfect and the final results are beautiful! We couldn’t ask for a better outcome, everyone involved were professional, very nice and easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend CAT Recovery for your emergency services. Overnight on a weekend, one of our water heaters ruptured and flooded the basement. Half the basement was standing in water, and most of the carpet was ruined. I called CAT about 8:00AM, and they had a crew at my house before 9:30AM. By noon, the water was gone, all the ruined belongings removed, and dryers were in place. By noon the next day, we had hot water again. Alan, Kason, and the Team did a fantastic job getting us back up and running quickly and efficiently. They replaced the carpet, kitchen vinyl and repainted the rooms affected.
