John was really professional and helpful, he toke care of the inside and outside of our house today, very grateful for everything he did today.

The service person was very nice and professional. He gave me a summary of what he was going to do and did it as he stated. He spent extra time wiping out the cobwebs off the Lani screens which I have really appreciate. My previous company wouldn’t even touch it. So far, I’m very happy with the service.

The company is great I've actually used Aptive for a couple of years now. They are thurough and professional. They are actually really wonderful at communication for scheduling and such as well. They also carry insurance to cover trees and shrubs so they can take care of those areas as well, where as other companies will not.

Even after showing agent what wasn’t done on last service that is normally done, a sloppy attempt was made and he left without saying he was done. Definitely overpriced for services performed last few times but they get paid monthly like clock work.

Drew is extremely professional. Knows what needs to be done and does it without having to say anything. He goes above and beyond and is very polite. He asks if there is any concerns I have and then addresses them. Your company should be so proud to have an employee who knows the business inside and out and does an amazing job! Thank you Drew!
