After one and half years later my pool still isn't complete! First of all when they installed the title border around the pool. Pieces of title started coming off around the pool. Javier had someone come out and redo the title work. Same thing happen again. The title started coming off again within weeks. This is the 3rd time now. I say it's the poor workmanship! And now Javier owner of company is asking us to pay again for new style of title. His reply was with the title there was a manufacture defective. My reply was then i shouldnt have to pay again. You can go back to the manufacturer and get your money. He will not return texts or my phone calls.And to add salt to injury my pool has a leak somewhere and he won't come out to even look at it. Javeir had given us a quote a year ago and even with prices rising he kept our price to the original quote. The crew was professional, clean and quick they knocked out our pool in 4 days even with it being a larger then normal size (20x40). Javeir even mixed us a custom color Caribbean Blue. If you like the waters of the Caribbean I highly recommend you choose that color. Our pool man now says that we have the best looking pool on his whole route.

One year later and my plaster is continuously peeling and looks bad. It was bad from the 3rd month. His excuse is poor maintence and golden retrievers shouldnt go in my pool. 3 different companies said the plaster was never cured correctly. I’ll be filing a suit as well.

Don’t use as pool and concrete contractor!! They subcontract everything, never show up, change plans without explanation, and don’t correctly fix their bad jobs. I am almost 1 year into my pool and concrete project and not close to completion due to bad concrete. I’m now filling a claim against bond and CSLB.

Our pool has not been finished yeat it's been two months, poor tile work plaster is blotchy plumbing is still not completed and javier and allan are ignoring our calls now. I would not recommend them to nobody listen to postings
