Overall horrible experience with this company. I know others have had good experiences, but I think it’s because they were bigger projects for them, if you know what I mean. The owners communication is absolute horrible. Their work is subpar and they are expensive, especially since they liked that we paid cash for almost $10k worth of work. It took almost a year to complete the work. They tore up our landscape when it could have been salvaged during the skimmer project. They completed the liner and pump and were done with the job in July, after waiting months and months, but when we went to use the pool, the skimmer didn’t work. It was the original skimmer and should have been replaced before the liner. The owner acted clueless to that fact that it wasn’t working. So we have to fi
