We contacted Melvin for an estimate on Sunday afternoon. He responded within minutes and was available to give a free estimate right away. We scheduled with him for the following morning. He showed up early as discussed and even contacted us about 15 minutes before arriving just to let us know he was 15 minutes away. He worked alone and was very thorough and completed the job promptly while being very efficient. We would definitely use him again and have a great appreciation for someone who has good work ethic and also thanked us for our business multiple times. We will absolutely refer him to friends and neighbors.
