1st and foremost I cannot say enough great things about this company. Don’t walk but run to them when you need waterproofing work done in your home. From the 1st person we contacted in the home office Paula who was friendly, exceptional with communication throughout the entire job to Tom the owner of the company who came out to give us the estimate and was as friendly as anyone my wife and I have had dealings with. Lastly the job itself which was being done by Shawn and Nate. Every little detail was covered and if we could go higher than 5 stars we would.

Our experience with Tom and his work crew has been nothing short of amazing. Working with them has truly been one of the best contractor/owner experiences that I have had. The crew worked efficiently as well as working conscientiously about how to complete the project at our residence. They were very courteous and were super professional during the entire project. If you have the opportunity/need to work with this company, I think that you will witness a true leader in the industry.

Everyone at Aquaguard is very professional and takes serious pride in their work. They are honest, reliable, efficient, and just good people overall. A few years ago, they came right away to repair a floor-to-ceiling crack in the basement wall that became a waterfall in a rainstorm. The guys fixed it up so well I think it’s stronger than the rest of the wall. They considered it a small job, I considered it a life-saver. More recently, I called them to waterproof the whole basement. These guys are amazing. Their skill is like a work of art. The basement is now ready to be finished as a living space. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Aquaguard.

I had Aquaguard come out to take a look into a spot where water is getting into the basement. While other companies would probably recommend a whole french drain system around the house, Tom suggested to patch up a small spot in the corner of my house where the water is likely coming through first. He also recommended a great contractor to fix my gutter where water is seeping in through another spot. Aquaguard gave me an honest opinion of what needed to be done instead of trying to sell me a whole system, potentially saving me thousands of dollars. Highly recommended!
