Been using this company for years. They are prompt , experienced and always make sure our pool cover is in working order. Would recommend their services to anyone with a pool! Preventative maintenance with pool covers is a must. I trust them implicitly!

We have a hydraulic cover for our pool and have found that it's not easy to find people to service it. Thankfully, we found Aquamatic East Coast! They do a great job of inspecting the cover and mechanisms and make any necessary repairs or corrections. The technicians have always taken the time to explain any issues and communicate why any repairs are needed. Gives me confidence that they are being upfront and only doing what needs to be done. The office staff is very efficient with client communication; they send out reminders for annual services and are prompt to answer email questions. I am happy that I have found them and will continue to use them for pool cover services.

I have used Aquamatic East Coast for my automatic cover installation as well as annual maintenance the last few years. The cover is one of my favorite features of my pool and allows me to have a sense of security once it is closed. The annual maintenance is very important to keep the cover and its mechanics in great operating condition. I look forward to the annual maintenance appointment every year because AEC's technicians do a great job of cleaning and servicing the cover. The last few years, the cover has looked like brand new once the maintenance was complete. The staff is very responsive to emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend them for your pool cover needs.

The winter cover that Auqamatic East Coast installed last fall was such a blessing to us this winter! Why did we wait so long to get one?
