Aquanaut Plumbing

Terrible problem with Aquanaut Plumbing. I've debated the last couple of weeks whether or not to leave a review, but I feel I must so other people can avoid the problems I had. Aquanaut came out to install a toilet and to fix my master tub drain plug. When you popped the plug to drain the water it took probably an hour for the water to all drain. On Monday, they put a new stop in but it slowly leaked when you plugged the tub. They came back on Wednesday and while the plumber was up working on the drain, water started pouring through my kitchen ceiling below the master tub. I yelled up to the plumber to turn off the water and he came to see what was going on. Obviously, it had something to do with the work he was performing. We had a water hammer situation (pipe burst) occur after a repair was made when the water was turned back on. While this was not the fault of the technician (he was amazing), he stayed past 8 on a Friday night fixing everything and checking all sources of water to make sure we were good. In addition, Aquanaut sent out a restoration company at their expense (again on a Friday night) to assess and dry out our ceiling and walls. They have stayed in touch with us throughout this whole process and all of the repairs to the sheet rock and ceiling will be complete this week. We really appreciate them going above and beyond after this repair turned into an emergency situation. This level of service is why we will continue to use and recommend Aquanaut!
