Quality work, competitive pricing, timeliness and solid communication. The Aquos Pools team (Shawn, Sheree, Frank, Stacey and others) did a great job from start to finish. The team was transparent and direct from the beginning and worked hard to earn our business. Design came out perfect for what we could accommodate (small backyard/tight spacing) and the finished product looks and feels great (simple, functional, quality). Any issues or concerns that we had during the process were addressed promptly and efficiently. I have no doubt that Aquos will stand by their work for years to come.

My family moved back into my childhood home after my parents decided to downsize. Growing up, my siblings and I were all into water sports (swim team, water skiing, etc.) but despite our pleading, we couldn’t get our parents to put in a pool. Always said, if I ever took over the property, I’d put in a pool. Now was my chance with twin boys swimming competitively, playing water polo not to mention the Brentwood summer heat, a pool was a must. The property is an acre+ so we had a lot of space to work with but we wanted for the pool area to be contained from the rest of the property. I would like to share my experience with Aquos Pools. The process began in November 2023 with the design phase, which was finalized in January 2024. Construction commenced in mid-January and continued through May 2024, followed by a one-month curing period before the pool was ready for use in June 2024. Now, approximately one year later, I am pleased to report that the pool remains in excellent condition and continues to meet my expectations in both appearance and functionality. Throughout the process, Aquos Pools demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness to my specifications, and execution accuracy. The initial startup cost for this year was approximately $350. The pool is quite large, and the monthly operating expenses, when the pool is in use, are roughly $600. This

Update: Oct 2024 after getting rust spots repaired continuously every year since it being built and paying $500 a pop to fix these rust spots and my repair guy get to old to keep doing the underwater repairs he has now retired leaving me no choice but to drain and have the pool refinished and find all the bad rebar that's don't have enough gunite or plaster to prevent the bad deep end of my pool. $12k to fix the issue. So many spot uncovered with ate up rusted rebar it's a shame. I asked the new guy how can he stop these spot from coming back from what he chipped out. He said he can't unless he build a new pool. THE SALT CELL DIDN'T CAUSE THIS AS STATED BY THE BUILDER. NO CONTRACTOR. THEY HAD SUBCONTRACTORS DOING THE GUNITE AND PLASTER. Update:Aug 2020 now after 3 prior repairs in my pool
