So happy with this place! Needed a large broken window replaced and they sure got the job done! Extremely courteous and friendly staff and owner. Quality product and fast turn around time. Very easy to deal with and reasonably priced. Truly grateful for the service they provided. Highly recommend!

I hired A&R to do a window installation at my business in Agoura Hills. Over the years ive hired different types of workers and have grown accustomed to workers cutting corners and being dishonest. This was not the case with A&R. They were considerate, honest, and an overall absolute pleasure to work with. Rick was the manager of the labor and he took the time to explain everything the job entailed, paying a great amount of attention to the bigger picture in that there was a need to avoid disruption of the business as much as possible. He made sure I approved of any important decisions and was patient. His workers did a great job prepping the work site and keeping it clean. I found this business online and contacted them to replace a broken glass in the bedroom window. The gentleman that I spoke with , I think his name was Richard, told me he is the owner and his crew are booked for over 2 weeks but he was nice enough to squeeze me in 2 days and he said he will do the job himself. I sent him a picture of the window and he texted me a quote for the price. I had also called one other business before and his price was much more reasonable. I felt he was very honest with me. So I made an appointment for 2 days later. Today he sent another guy instead of himself and this gentleman was also very polite and professional. I just called A&R to see if I could get a quote on fixing a bay window that is foggy due to a leaked seal in the dual panes. An incredibly unhelpful person answer ed the phone and told me that I had to pay $250 to get a technician to come out to even look at it. I asked why I had to pay just to get an estimate and she replied that they would have to pull someone off of a job to look at my window. I have never in my 30 years of home ownership encountered anything like that. How unreasonable and absurd to expect someone to pay over $200 just for an estimate. She was polite, but I felt like they had zero interest in my getting my business. Too bad because I was contemplating all new windows for my home.
