Michael arrived 15 minutes early. He told me how he would change my water pressure regulator. He was far more thorough than any previous plumbers including checking at my water meter and an outside faucet. When done he asked me to turn on a faucet to see if I was happy with the pressure and I was. I appreciated the photos he took. He was polite, informed and thorough. I highly recommend Arbor Plumbing.
