They are the best around, and I did my research before contacting them. Bill was very responsive, and immediately came out to assist with a very beautiful tree that’s been around for many years. He made sure to keep me informed every step of the way, and he and his crew did everything we discussed at my initial consultation. Price is as good as any arbor specialists around, and from what I’ve heard from friends and family I went to the right place! Bill of Arbor Pro does not show up after committing to do the tree work on a set day and does not call to let you know he's not coming and will not answer your texts I had to postpone the septic installation twice because Arbor Pro had to cut trees down first. And he knew I was having to get my mobile home moved asap and it could not be moved until he removed trees and septic installed. This was not something that could keep being put off. So again he comitted to May 11, which was this past Monday, which was nice weather. He gave me his word and so I was able to get my septic installer to plan on Wednesday for sure. I called Arbor Pro on Saturday to see what time he would becoming on Monday, no response. I waited until Sunday evening and left another voicemail. Still no response. I am an e

This owner does not honor his word or the contract. "Satisfaction Guaranteed" is only a sales pitch. If damaged is done on your property, be prepared to hear excuses and burden the expense.
