We had just the opposite experience. We contracted Arbuckle Electric to rewire our entire house. Had to fire him not even halfway through the project when we discovered mutiple code violations. His crew had placed one open junction box between our two floors (under subflooring) with no access. In the kitchen, we found a live wired connection (no junction box) behind the backsplash...again no access. Blantant code violations in both cases! This non-compliance was not only against code but created a potentially dangerous environment for our family. Do NOT use these guys!
