As a die-hard Clevelander, I rarely complain about winter. But this past week was brutal. For the first time in 20 years of homeownership, I had ice dams in my gutters causing downspout backups and heavy icicles against my brick. I wanted to address it early to protect my roof, mortar, and foundation. So I needed to find a pro quickly. ARC Roofing & Home Improvements was excellent to work with. I had some ice damming forming in a specific part of the roof causing water to leak in and damaging my ceiling and wall. This was a repeated problem for me. It's frustrating as my roof was just replaced 2 1/2 years ago, but the company who replaced it went M.I.A. I reached out to ARC roofing, in which George Sr., George Jr, and Jose, came out first thing in the morning and identified the problem. Despite the snow and ice on the roof, they jumped up there and remove all of the snow/ice in that area to stop water from leaking in. They came back out within the week and applied a large rubber mat, that was placed underneath the siding, which sealed the entire area to prevent water from seeping back into home. The team at ARC addressed an absolute nightmare of an ice dam at my aging parents' home after one of the biggest winter storms in memory. They were prompt, courteous, thorough, professional, communicative, and kind. You'd be hard-pressed to find a few of those characteristics in a home/roofing contractor. These guys have them all.

Cannot say enough about the great job on our roof! Crew arrived early, got right to work and completed the job on time exactly as they said they would! They took extra care to protect both neighbors property as well as ours. They were all very polite and hard working; not a slacker in the bunch! The cleanup they did was amazing, even raking in the grassy areas for debris. The price quoted was very fair and exactly where I expected as I have a tall house. You cannot go wrong hiring ARC! A family business that understands customer satisfaction is priority one!

George Davis and his team rebuilt and painted our entire front porch railings and balusters.They did such a fantastic job. Everything is perfectly built and painted in multiple colors and it came out perfect. There was not one speck of paint out of place and George even redesigned the balusters and railings so they wouldn’t collect rainwater . I can’t recommend George and his team enough. Also, they cleaned everything up so well. Great reliable company.
