Rick and Luke Mikesell, along with their capable and industrious team did a great job in cleaning, prepping and painting the exteriors of seven buildings, covering 16 residences on a street in our Strongsville cluster development. The old, failed paint and caulk looked depressing but also allowed for potential water and insect intrusion but that has been properly "fixed" and the results are greatly appreciated! When cleaning and repainting the faux shutters became a poor option, Rick and his team purchased and installed new one to make the project finish up even better than anticipated. We would highly recommend them for every service they cover from painting to renovation and repairs. They are very versatile and work as young pros with old pro skills and work ethic.
