Wish I could give Matt and his staff 10 Stars ! We shopped 3 flooring stores/suppliers. The Floor Store was the best of the bunch including the best price. They were beyond helpful & accommodating. Lots of samples to take home and no pressure to buy, only guidance. I'm a retired small businessman (42 years in photography) and Matt treats people like I did. We needed a box of floor tiles that were discontinued and not available anywhere in our city. I called Matt at this store and he said that he thought that he had it, would check, and get back to me with the price. He got back to me just a couple of hours later with confirmation that he had what we needed, at a good, fair price, and a fair price for the shipping, too, especially considering that it was being sent to the west coast. I recommend Matt and this store highly. He is that rare individual who truly cares about taking care of his customers in the best way possible.

Wonderful experience ordering material here! The selection is huge, and Paul was super helpful in guiding me through. The pricing was by far the most competitive of any place I shopped, and delivery was in a reasonable time frame.
