$540 later dishwasher and microwave still inoperable. Richie never came to service appliances until after 8pm due to personal appointments. Charged $240 for a pump for dishwasher ..replaced? Also ‘repaired ‘ handle for microwave and still does not work properly. Called for return service..crickets. Ultimately went to utube and fixed myself!! Don’t waste your time and money with this guy!

UPDATE: heard from Richie @ Arcadia Appliance after three (+) weeks. He had been ill and was hospitalized and was trying to catch up. I told him he needed to have a method to advise his customers. He was very apologetic and promised to come out the next day. He came out as promised and installed our ice maker. Did a great job and we are happy. Old review: Said he had to be paid in order to get the part. He deposited our check the next day. Going on 3 weeks - no response to our calls. His message box is full. Hope he's okay but this is NOT the way to treat your customers.

Richie is really nice. took care of my washing machine was here at 8:30pm on a Friday night to get my part in. He has always done us right.

Came right out to "fix" my refrigerator freezer; however, it wasn't fixed. Tried for weeks of calling, getting assurances he'd be out to check it out. Never showed or called to let me know he was coming, or not. Took my money and that was it. He got me. No recommendation from me. Don't know how he stays in business!

They stole $843.00 out of my bank account after doing an estimate. They never returned with the parts or made the repair. It’s been over a year now.
