Archadeck of West Central Ohio

We couldn't be happier with the completed composite deck project! Archadeck was professional and responsive! They were wonderful to work with, from the proposal to construction to billing. I highly recommend Archadeck for your outdoor projects!

Poor quality and poor performance are the key to this work of art from Archadeck of West Central Ohio. These stairs were constructed without a work permit because Roger Miller stated they did not need one. My mother whom is in her 70s will not be able to enjoy these stairs for the rest of her life. She now goes back to using the method of going to her basement door instead of going onto her patio. Archadeck took advantage of an elderly woman and just put something together to satisfy her needs and their pocket. If she falls on the steps, the steps will not support her falling and she fall to the ground. Roger Miller called back to her complaint just to hang up on her. That just shows a phone record of him calling back, no empathy for an elderly person. I would not recommend their services

Archadeck built a beautiful brick patio on the back of my house in Oakwood. The Archadeck staff was easy to work with and their work of the highest quality. I’d attach a picture but the patio is covered with snow!

I cannot recommend and will not use again. While final product (replacement of 2 decks and paver patio) was acceptable, the process was fraught with delays, errors, and lack of communication; the latter both with me and among employees. A project expected to take six weeks lasted four months. The initial plans did not match my discussion with the designer (wrong size deck, wrong footprint for pavers). The plans were submitted for county/township approval just a few days before work was to begin (2 months after my initial payment), delaying the project by several weeks as revisions were required. Some parts of the deck had to be redone due to poor workmanship, uneven step height, wrong color railings, etc. The work crew showed up sporadically and left things very messy with personal/constru

We were very pleased with Archadeck at every stage of our project and would happily recommend them. We ran into an issue with our zoning permit (completely outside of Archadeck’s control) and Archadeck handled all aspects of the paperwork and approval process and kept us informed along the way. The paver patio and deck crews were both fantastic. They, along with the project manager, communicated well and kept us apprised of the progress and any issues. They were very professional and did great work. They completed the project faster than expected as well. We were very pleased with the entire process and would definitely recommend Archadeck.
