Melissa in Administration has supported us by arranging repairs and insurance estimates since 2021, after our New 2019 DR Horton Home’s Roof began coming apart.. Archer originally installed the roof with DR Horton approved cheap materials. Archer is a Great Company with Great Employees trying to make up for DR Horton mistakes.
Dequan was on time and worked hard until he found the issue. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Archer Exteriors!
