There is nothing fun when a tragedy strikes but these tough situations will hopefully show you companies that still take pride in their work and believe in great customer service. Rainbow of Charleston (and Columbia crew helping out) managed the mitigation process when my elderly parent’s house was impacted by a storm with 85mph wind resulting in a tree in their home. The work was done efficiently and expertly. All those that worked on this project were so kind and helpful. Abby in the office was also an angel dealing with all the insurance drama. I would trust them for any of their restoration services and grateful for their amazing work.

Rainbow Restoration has been nothing short of amazing throughout my entire water damage ordeal. From start to finish, Abby, Mercedes, Jeremy, Julius, and the rest of the team went above and beyond. They were not only professional and thorough in their work, but also incredibly patient and understanding as I navigated frustrating delays with my insurance company. Their communication, empathy, and attention to detail gave me peace of mind during a very stressful time. I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional service and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with property damage.

Jim and his crew at Rainbow International of Charleston are true professionals. They show up on time and do an excellent job. They are courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. They do an awesome job on carpets and rugs and they helped me avoid a potential mold out break. I haven't had them clean our furniture yet but a friend did and she gives them high marks as well. I highly recommend them.

Rainbow of Charleston did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. Jim Belton was great to deal with in setting everything up, and his crew arrived on time, were friendly and hardworking, and did a wonderful job in a timely and safe manner. After reading all of the positive reviews, I called Rainbow International of Charleston expecting to have a long wait. I was pleased to find out that Jim could come and clean my furniture that very weekend! Jim was very pleasant and did an excellent job on my very dirty furniture! My porch cushions are old and very exposed to the elements. He cleaned them and they look better than I expected. He also cleaned some den and living room sofas and chairs. BEAUTIFUL! Everything is clean and so fresh smelling.I will definitely use this company again.
