We appreciate how quickly (same afternoon as our call) we received help with our issue. Cecil, our technician was wonderful! He diagnosed our issue within minutes, and then shortly there after was able to find the specific fixture (outdoor light over garage) that was causing many of our indoor lights not to work. Cecil is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and took time to make sure we knew the next steps (fixture replacement) and timeline. Cecil is super friendly and we had a great experience! Highly recommend!

Just had my first experience with PPS electrical to address an exterior lighting issue and an interior electrical issue. I found the company to be highly responsive. The electrician that was sent to my home was highly competent, extremely friendly and resolved all of my issues. He was able to troubleshoot a wiring issue on the inside of my house and repair it in short order. He was very friendly and I felt he went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good experience. Based on this interaction, I would absolutely call this company again for any electrical needs.

PPS did a whole house generator installation and several interior fixtures on our new home. The entire team was fantastic; from scoping and quoting the work as well as the technicians who did the work. Fast, efficient and quality work. Great Job 👍.

Jeremy and Sam from PPS were on time, great communicators throughout the process, respectful of our home (prep, install, clean-up), and professional in their service (both in their expertise and in troubleshooting challenges.) We had (5) install/changes done. I’d use PPS again in a heartbeat for my LX needs.

The PPS crew is our only choice for our electrical needs. We resent had their team install temporary power at one of our projects and they worked from sun up to sun down. Very efficient and clean. Would definitely use them again. They do about 10X the work than the other crews out there. Very pleased.
