Archer Restoration Services

Shout out to Project manager. Kenneth, and subcontractors(especially Patrick). My project has an awesome final outcome. I wish someone had told me early on that renovations have issues and to focus on the equitable resolutions instead of the issues themselves. The process was painful due to logistics of living in a work in progress. All the folks were professional and easy to deal with. I had many people I did not know in my home but all were respectful of me and my property. I could not have a better team to work with. The outcome is outstanding and i'm happy with the new environment.

We had a flood in February of 2025 and needed assistance with cleanup. Archer Restoration Service was recommend. We called them and their team responded immediately with remediation and dry out. I don’t know what we would have done without them. They are so prompt and professional.

These people have the worst communication skills I've ever seen in my entire life. On top of that most of their staff is pretty rude and always has some sideways comment about anything you might say to them no matter what it is. These people here are never wrong and they will gladly tell you that. My kitchen island took two months to get done when it should have taken a few weeks, and I finally just had to bite the bullet and eat the frustration and tell them to go away instead of letting them fix everything the way it's supposed to be. I paid my bill and told them to get the hell on down the road and I never want to see them again 🤣 My kitchen island is a completely different color, you can barely bump into it and the whole thing moves, when they put the sink back in they didn't put it in

A massive thank you to the Archer Restoration team and a extra special thank you to Wyatt and Gavin for their incredible work at our church. Dealing with water damage in a place of worship is a sensitive situation, and these two handled it with the utmost respect and professionalism. They worked efficiently to ensure our facility was safe and dry, minimizing the disruption to our ministry. Their expertise in water mitigation saved us from further damage, and we are so grateful for their hard work and dedication. We HIGHLY recommend their services to your organization!!

We had a sewage backup in our basement and were referred to Archer via our plumbers. They were very responsive and came out the same day within 2hrs of us calling them to start the mitigation and restoration process. All of their employees who have been apart of this process have been super helpful and honest with us about what to expect. We would definitely recommend using them for any restoration, mitigation and repair needs.
