Very poor communication. I tried going through them as a local distributor for a stone fabricator in Ohio, even the most simple questions took at least a week for a response. After purchasing several products through them for a client, I asked for status on a material that was out of stock, due to be in stock within a few months. My point of contact (Tina) failed to respond to my inquiries, and after months of no response, I had to seek out a different contact altogether to get the resources I needed to complete my projects.

My wife and I have purchased tile products and installation materials from ACP for the last 10 years. We appreciate the large in-person selection, competitive pricing and helpful staff (especially for our residential projects). Tina Z has been our go-to for advice on down-selecting tile designs within our price point and is awesome to work with. Super energetic and excited about finding the right solution no matter the scale of project. We go back mainly because of the customer service.

You will have to hound them until they give you status updates on your project. No project management or clear communication regarding status. If I hadn't called on the last day of the expected lead time, I am unsure that they would have ever let me know my product had been received. Not professional and I would advise against.

Very poor customer service from the salesman and from the company president who refused to make good on their promises. Make sure to get EVERY quote in writing from this outfit. Do not trust their phone quote. VERY disappointed in all aspects relative to their poor customer service! They evidently do not care about the "little guy".
