ASW was recommeded by a friend as they did a great job. My intitial calls were great. I spoke to their office and their field person. However, I tried calling the office several weeks without getting a call back. I finally got a call back the person had a medical emergency the week before which I am truely sorry for. However, I did call prior to that event. The field person was tough to connect with on the follow up calls. When I we caught up with each other we made an apointment in which he did not show. He said he had a medical follow up with a family member. But he never reached out to reschedule. As menionted my intial calls were great, but I could not connect in a timely manner on the follow up calls. However I hear they did good work. For now I have to move on

I am rewriting my review today as ASW's repair was accomplished in a professional manner and to my satisfaction. I have given them a star for helping me find the quartz color and design that I wanted when another company told me it was no longer being made. I have given them a second star for accomplishing the repair of my original installation, and I am happy with it. I have given them a third star for recognizing my complaints and addressing them with their employees making sure proper installation protocols are met in the future. I do hope that ASW will understand the importance of educating the customer on what to expect with the installation process. We had a great experience with ASW! When we started the process to remodel our kitchen, we got quotes from two different companies. They were almost the exact same price, just off a few dollars, but we went with ASW for a couple of different reasons. 1. The quoting process. It was easy to make an appointment for a quote and Kim was there when she said she would be. She took measurements and had a itemized quote emailed to us just a short time later. 2. Ease of picking out the granite. We dropped by one afternoon and Kim showed us several different slabs. We were able to pick one that we loved and got the remodel scheduled easily. The guys that did the install were also awesome, very nice to my kids, and did a great job. We love our new kitchen! Thanks Kim and everyone at ASW!

ASW was very professional from start to finish. Answered all of my questions. Suggested options and colors and made me feel real comfortable about my decision to purchase granite. Pricing was very competitive and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Would definitely use them again and I suggest you give them a call!

I was so pleased with the quality of work that Architectural Stone Works provided with my granite counter tops during my kitchen remodel that I used them again for my bathroom remodel. The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They have a vast selection of granite to choose from and options to fit every need. Quality, Delivery and Cost were all excellent and I will definitely continue to use them with my future projects.
