Desoto Door

My garage door broke and we couldn’t figure out what happened. I called DeSoto Door because they had good reviews and left a voicemail. Someone called me back within 10 minutes and scheduled someone SAME DAY to come out and look at my door. He arrived at the beginning of the window and spent time diagnosing the garage door. Turns out it was something he had never seen before, but a quick phone call to someone at the office, and he knew what to do. The wood that held the track in place split, it was not going to be an easy repair because he had to replace the entire piece top to bottom and fix the cable too. He repaired the garage door on site same day, which I was very thankful for. I would absolutely recommend DeSoto Door because of their super fast response, quality of work, and customer

These guys did a great job today at my daughter’s house. I believe Scott was our field tech. He was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the work he’d be doing. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and availability. Josh gave a competitive price on a liftmaster belt rail that was almost impossible to locate locally. Barbara was very kind and helpful. Would definately recommend this garage door company.

I would give our technician 5 stars. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He did an excellent job. My only complaint is the company did not keep us informed. Had to make several calls to get updates. They said, " we'll check and call you back. " Never got a single call back. Communication is very important for any business. I hope you will consider this constructive criticism and do better.
