Down Home Stone

We needed a sill put in for the exterior exit of our elevator and the company did an excellent job. They also did our floor and granite countertop. Every one was courteous and helpful from the lady who answered the phone to the people who came to our house.

From the moment Blake arrived to measure our counters to dealing with Holly and Jennifer in the office, and even Tim who installed our counters, it was an exceptional experience. There was an issue that came up along the way, but Blake handled it with integrity and promptly resolved it. Although it may have been costly for him, it demonstrates the kind of people you’re dealing with—trustworthy and respectable individuals who stand behind their work. While it would be ideal if there were no issues, I’m realistic and understand that things can happen. However, what truly matters to me is that they had integrity and did the right thing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Communication is horrible! Then they raise their voice at you when it’s them that needs to be chewed out. You will miss a lot of work/time messing with this crew. They are nice when you meet them but then they’ll turn on you! My husband wanted to go with this company because of the price. Just remember you get what you pay for which includes lack of customer service. I felt so disrespected by a guy that’s 30 years younger than me.

I was given Blake’s number from a friend and must say, I was not disappointed. Blake is a very professional and honest business owner. He did a great job in our new home. Highly recommended.
