Arctic Heating and Air Conditioning

Arctic Air installed a new hvac at our condominium for a neighbor. I’m sure it is a high quality hvac and the services were like recentered timely and as expected. However the owner loves out of state and artic air installed a commercial stand that is used in flood zone commercial property applications. Not only is the HVAC the only unit sitting 5 feet off the ground in a residential application, it’s a football field above water level and in area that is not prone tj flooding. Added to that eye sore, the new high efficiency HVACs are Twice the size of the old old units from 1990 so now the new hvac sits 8-9 feet in the air with the ridiculous stand the installer used. First, I totally forgot my maintenance return call. Upon calling, staff was cordial and very helpful. My appointment was scheduled with ease. As per my request Jr. showed to do my semi annual maintenance. He has really dialed in my HVAC into prime efficiency. I feel so comfortable with him in my home. I had a great, first experience with Artic Heating and Air Conditioning. Scheduling the appointment was easy. I signed up for their maintenance plan. They followed up a couple of times to remind me of the appointment. Their technician, Evan, called me the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way and approximately what time he'd arrive. Evan was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my Trane air handler and heat pump set-up, and he answered several questions I had. It was also pouring rain when he had to do some work on the heat pump, but Evan didn't seemed fazed and provided great service. I'm very happy I chose this company to provide me with my HVAC service and maintenance.

We had a wonderful experience with our Arctic Air representative. He did a great job inspecting both of our units to resolve an issue we had. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain in detail what he did. Our units were inspected and serviced and running perfectly. He was so considerate and we truly appreciate his kindness. A great company to deal with.

I have found Artic to be professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They recently came to perform routine maintenance and noticed my thermostat was set to cool. He called me to let me know and asked if it was okay for him to set it accordingly, since it is winter. Little extra steps like that are so appreciated. I would highly recommend them.
