You would be hard pressed to find a pest control company that provides better results and customer service than DC WATKINS. I've been a customer for 10 years. Dawn and Cody are amazing people who are impeccably responsive and professional, while maintaining a friendly rapport. As a local architect, the companies I recommend is a reflection of me and my business. The only pest control company I trust to recommend to clients, builders and neighbors is DC WATKINS. Scheduling and affordable payments are hassle-free. Plus, I don't have to worry about spiders, insects or mice.

DC Watkins is by far the best at what they do. Dawn the office manager and Cody are just such a pleasure to work with. They were patient with me when I got thrown into the management position and they helped me get those critters under control. They are very professional and do an amazing job but above all, they are good people. DC Watkins is extremely thorough with their preventive treatments and I can throw a special service at them with no issues. I run a 124 unit apartment complex so when I say they do an excellent job, I know what I'm talking about!

We had an issue with some bug bites that looked like bed bugs but we couldn’t find any evidence of them in our home. DC Watkins was very helpful on the phone and someone was able to come by the same day to take a look. Fortunately, he did not see anything either but made some suggestions for us and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I hope to not ever need pest services but I would absolutely contact them again in the future if needed!

Highly recommend this company for pest control services and pest control management as they have been servicing a multiple of my rental properties and home since 2016. Had other big name/corporate managed companies that have either sold off or closed, but DC Watkins has well exceeded my expectations. High marks for Cody (tech) and Dawn, as they have been great to work with and better yet, the same individuals that I have worked with since day one (uncommon in all service industries) Because of great rapport and consistency of staff, I have not had to be at any of my properties for maintenance service or service calls as they have proven to be a very trustworthy and a customer service first focused organization. Found some disturbing evidence under our windowsill which we thought was termites...We found DC Watkins and by their amazing reviews, how could we not call them...Cody came promptly when scheduled and was beyond knowledgeable and nice, he advised us, thank God that it was just carpenter ants...the problem has been taken care of and I would not hesitate to recommend them! Great service, great company!
