Needed all drain plumbing replaced and wanted to complete work in 2 days. They did it with time to spare! Great skills, attitude, and thoughts on impacts to homeowners.

We hired Ben Franklin and One Hour Plumbing to purchase and install a new water heater for us. The two plumbers that they sent were Shawn and Ronnie. Both of them were friendly, courteous, and extremely conscientious about keeping our condo clean through the staging of the new water heater, the installation, and the removal of the old water heater. This was on top of being great plumbers who breezed through the removal of the old water heater and installation of the new one, especially considering the tight cramped space in a condominium. While they were in in the water heater closet, they installed a whole condo water shut off valve for us, which is such a convenient feature to have, instead of being outside, blindly trying to shut the water off to our condo with a three for wrench.
