Ardente Supply and Waterspot Showrooms

I purchased a whole house water filter from Bruce at Ardente Supply in Westerly. Bruce helped with the product recommendation and suggested an installer. The Environmental Water Systems CWL Spectrum V2 model was installed about a month ago. It has made a significant difference in water quality in our home. Thanks Bruce!

I paid Ardente to install a grab bar on the right shower wall while having a full bathroom remodel. They installed the grab bar on the left wall. Thus causing the shower door not to close on the plumbing end of the tub. I kept getting excuses and they kept passing the buck. What good is a shower wall that can't close because a grab bar is in the way? They have quality products, but the staff is awful. The company that installed the grab bar apparently doesn't know their left hand from the right. Would NOT recommend them

Worked with Ardente back in 2010-11. Major master bath redo. Super quality products. I recently lost a small missing part of sink hardware, stopped in and Bruce called company and had it sent to my home. Just as easy as that!!! Don't believe you can get that kind of service at the big box companies. Made my problem so easy to fix. Highly recommend!!

Ardente in westerly messed up an order for shower grab bar. Put on right side of shower while I paid and have paper work saying will be installed on left side. After talking to them they are doing nothing to help me fix the problem. They are telling me to deal with their manufacture. I wish I had checked yelp before using “Ardente” to remodel my bathroom. They have so many bad reviews. Very disappointing
