I needed a small peice of pipe and a very expensive tool to crimp the pipe for an emergency leak. The pipe only came in huge lengths, it took the staff about 10 min away from their other duties to find a small section of pipe they found in the back and saved me 150. Just like to say thank you and glad to see some stores still have old school values
