Jamie did an amazing job putting in our walkway! Living in a beach community, we had limited space and access for machinery, but they got the job done! And when the day came to put in my personal embellishments I couldn't be there, but I was more than pleased with how Jamie and my husband placed them exactly like I wanted. Manfredi Hardscapes tore up our old front walkway and back patio, leveled the area, and put in a new beautiful stamped concrete walkway and much larger stamped concrete patio. They were wonderful to work with. They left the area neat each day and we got great communication throughout the project. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked quickly, and never missed even the smallest of details. Both the walkway and patio have been finished and both exceeded our expectations! Manfredi will come through for you eventually. There are times where you will need to be patient! If you’re like me, and expect the job to be done in a week, communicate that. Beautiful consecutive DRY days they did not come. They came after heavy rains and tore up a gutted path from my front yard, 60ft, around back, another 60feet, and promised me they would dump topsoil…two weeks go by, Weeds are starting… I see that they “tried” to fill 4 - 6inch gutted path in places by dumping. The material they took out from around my 20x40 pool!!! Beach type sand with rocks.. tons and tons of rocks!! Weeds growing, I call. I say forget about the soil. I’ll do it myself. Then weeks go by, I call or text and say, dang this is a lot! I can’t do 100’ of fill myself. Can you deliver topsoil. …

Jamie did my patio 2 years ago. I felt like a second class citizen. He was very busy and put me off for 2 months. When he finally came it got done between his other jobs. Because of some water issues he had to come back the next spring to reseal the patio. Now another year later and the concrete is disintegrating. He said it was because I used salt when actually the areas where salt was used faired better. We used pet friendly ice melt on our steps which drains away from the main part of the patio. I am now looking for another company to come and fix his disaster.
