Arizona Tile

We had some concerning discoloration happen with an area of our new countertops that were sourced from AZ Tile. I called our installers (Unique Granite & Marble) and literally the same day, they sent two guys out from both parties to come and address the issue. Turns out there was some residual adhesive from the protective plastic that had picked up some color from a rag. Chad and Ty from AZ tile took great care of us along with the folks at UGM. Can't recommend these companies enough 🙏🏻 Exceptional customer service, how it should be everywhere.

Arizona Tile recommends Generation Tile. Generation Tike ruined my deck and after asking them for 3 years to fix it they have refused. their installation created many problems including uneven area creating a huge puddle . They originally came to take out bad grout. They did not come back and blocked my number. As you can see from attached pic my Deck is rotted out because of uneven installation and lack of grout among many other problems. As you can see the installation just peels off easily. Nothing holding it on. No glue or nails. I must also mention that they did a bathroom for me. As they were getting close to end of installation the son suddenly showed up and started screaming at me and demanding money. I had given them requested deposit and just needed last tiles

We are building a new house so I have made many many trips to Az Tile Prescott trying to make decisions. Everyone I encountered at this store were top notch! I mainly dealt with Erin B. who was super helpful. She loaned me sample upon sample and made suggestions on what might look best with what I was trying to accomplish. She was also very helpful to point out larger examples of a product, such as on the floor or on a display, so I could really get a good idea of how busy the pattern was and if it would work with my design. Invaluable input!! Highly recommend this location.

I have always loved working with Arizona Tile here in Prescott, AZ. They are very helpful and know their business inside and out. My recent job was not a big one, but they helped me like I was spending thousands of dollars. Their sample system really helped me make the best decision before I ordered the product. They also recommended that I wait until the granite was installed to really see if my backsplash choices were going to work. I had been looking at many stores for the best selection, and again for my kitchen and bathroom found the right choices that were far more elegant and for almost the same price as the big box stores. Had I just looked there first I could have saved myself a lot of time. Best selection, best service, best prices.
