This organization has taken giant steps toward restoring my dwindling faith in humanity. We take working, functioning septic/wastewater management systems for granted. When they fail for some reason, we freak out because most of us don't know what to do and we want the service restored immediately; that includes me. This outfit will not only come on an emergency basis to diagnose and fix a problem, they will be fair and reasonable about the bill. I called this company because I wanted a 2nd opinion about what was wrong with my grinder pump sewer system. I am so glad I did because the fix was simple compared to the thousands of dollars the first plumber said would be needed. The 1st plumber was totally wrong in his diagnosis.
