My experience with Armex was marked by poor communication, disorganization, and unfulfilled commitments. November 5: My project manager contacted Fernanda, the owner, and provided complete bathroom plans, designs, photos, and Dekton material selections. November 7: My project manager met with Fernanda in person and presented the project with digital materials. Fernanda stated she needed to send contractors to my home to prepare a quote. December 18: Fernanda arrived alone, without contractors, took no measurements, and only reviewed information that had already been provided. She assured me Armex could complete the renovation within budget and promised a quote by December 19. She also offered to connect me with a structural engineer to remove a bathroom wall. Fernanda, Cris, Carlo and crew are fantastic at what they do. From the design processing ideas and suggestions to the final design. They listen to what we wanted and helped us get through the rough patches with the cabinet company. We can not thank them enough. We love our new kitchen and the countertops look amazing.

Fernanda, Cris & Armex team were a pleasure to work with and were highly skilled and extremely professional. From the initial design and budgeting to final completion, I could not recommend them more highly for our master bath renovation. Their tile work and porcelain shower wall work was beautiful. Fernanda ensured work was performed on schedule and Cris ensured it was installed perfectly. I enjoyed working with the Armex Stone family on our project!

Fernanda was so helpful. I came in with not a lot of time to find the right countertop and also to get the installation done. She helped me pick out a beautiful countertop and set up thr installation within days. It was a great experience!
