AROCON Roofing & Construction

It had been years since I had anyone look at our roof and with the weather we have been having, I though it was time. I heard about Arocon's $199 roof inspection and thought I'd start there. My experience was excellent! Alexi and Jimmy came out as scheduled (even a little early) and walked me through what they would look for and the services they would perform. From the ground, Alexi pointed out some obvious unsecured flashing that I had never noticed. They completed the work and afterwards let me know they had inspected the roof & gutters, sealed & caulked where needed, and tacked down the apron flashing. The good news was that there were no major problems that needed additional work. Later that afternoon I received a full nine page report on exactly what they did with detailed pictures.

AROCON Roofing has installed a new roof for me, and I am happy with the results. They did the roof of my neighbor and did an excellent job, so I called them for an estimate. The salesperson was not pushy and gave me a price that was less than I anticipated. They gave me some addresses that had the color of the shingle I wanted, and I checked them out. The color looked good, and I placed the order with a deposit of less than a third of the contract. In less than two weeks a dozen workers showed up and completed the entire project in eight hours. The work was excellent and people from ARCON in both the office and on the job were very pleasant to deal with. Jack, the job supervisor, took many pictures of the work and made sure all was done well and meticulously cleaned up. I had a very minor

AROCON, particularly Adam Nefferdorf, were all great to work with! We had a tree fall on the back part of our house and the team was able to handle the replacement and repair of the roof, gutters, and skylights, as well as work the interior and window replacement! The work they did was great, I've used them twice now, and both times, they have been professional and the work has been top notch! Highly highly recommended!!!!

Arocon did a great job replacing our roof and gutters! They were prompt and extremely efficient. I was amazed how quickly they finished everything! I really appreciated how well they tarped the area around the house and cleaned up everything. Their communication through the whole process was impeccable and greatly appreciated. Arocon Roofing and Construction came highly recommended to me by my insurance company! I contacted them and representative, Adam Nefferdorf was quick to set up a meeting with me at my home. He came out and used a drone to see the roof and share my options that he recommended. I decided to replace my 30+ year old cedar shake roof with the Certainteed Grand Manor and two new skylights. From start to finish this company was so professional from communication with office to removal, installation and clean up! I am extremely happy and will keep this company for future needs for my metal roof and snow guards after this past snowstorm!
