Around the Clock Air Conditioning

Please be warned, I was told to prepay 2 visits within the year for a better price. The technician arrived when I scheduled the second visit within the alloted time frame that was pre paid. The tech was not able to service my ac and left. I called customer service and asked to reschedule/ extend the allotted time frame for my second service/ or refund the second visit because it was not done. I was told my money would not be refunded. They would not reschedule another visit because the 1 year had passed. Even though I had scheduled everything before the 1 year passed. I am completely disappointed. The customer service, bookkeeping, and managers were all discourteous, unpleasant, and ill- mannered. The result was simply robbery.
